Remove makeup before you hit the sack! ALWAYS
There are days when you are too drunk or too tired to do anything but crash. Don't let such temptations get the better of you and ensure that you remove every microgram of make-up from your face. Moisturize and sleep :)

Beauty quick fix series
Okay lovely ladies, I am back again. This time I am going to give you those beauty quick-fixes that you absolutely need when you are in an insane hurry (I know because I am in a hurry ALL the time..haha) and if you want to use natural products.
Alcohol free hairspray
You get out of the shower with wet hair, that quickly needs to be set so you can do your makeup and get ready for the date but you are just sick of using all those alcohol based sprays that dry up your hair like crazy afterwards, then this one is for you.
Ingredients
Method
Ingredients
- 200 mL water (use mineral/filtered water preferably)
- 4 teaspoons sugar (use more or less according to how strong you want the spray)
- (Optional) 6-8 drops essential oil (use rose, lavender, peppermint or something citrusy such as lemon/orange)
Method
- Heat water in a small saucepan to boiling.
- Add sugar and stir till it dissolves completely. Quickly turn off the stove or it'll start thickening.
- Allow to cool. Add essential oils (if using).
- Pour it into a spray bottle and keep it handy in your bathroom
Use as you would normally use a hairspray. Spray on damp hair and scrunch with fingers for light waves or with a flat iron for a straightened look
